Summary:

Aspire at East Beach is located on a +/-3.75 acre site consisting of a 5 story, 132 unit building, along with 145 Marina slips. Our scope of work includes site demo, grading, building pad, storm drain, waterline, sanitary sewer, base stone, site concrete, asphalt paving, striping, and signage. We are also performing offsite work including replacing +/- 700 LF OF 12" DI watermain along Pretty Lake Avenue, and a concrete encased duct bank for Dominion Energy.
