Monroe Gates Apartments are made up of five 3 story apartment buildings, one section of townhouses, three carriage houses, and one clubhouse with a pool all packed into a 5 acre site. Our scope of work includes site demo, grading, pad installation, storm drain, sewer, waterline, fire line installation, dominion conduit installation, 3 R-Tank systems, concrete, asphalt, traffic control, layout, E&S, and striping.
