The staff, field management and crews are highly effective, professionally responsible, safety conscious, and a pleasure to work with. Their continual communication and effort to alert me of potential problems has shortened the construction schedule in many instances and have prevented delays in other instances; M.T. Carter has effectively collaborated with our team to overcome circumstances when deviations to the original course of construction could not be avoided. Reflecting on this year alone, we have engaged M.T. Carter for two rather complicated projects. During this time, multiple smaller projects have benefited from M.T. Carter's participation and additional project with M.T. Carter are currently being contracted. "I was just stopped in the hallway by Bill McCleary who told me that the snow removal and parking lot clearing that took place over the past weekend was phenomenal, the best he has ever seen! He asked me to please pass along to anyone involved his very sincere thanks to the team. To whomever involved, Bill said that it was clear pre-work, was done to formulate a good plan and then executed well. He was so complimentary and I promised to pass along his appreciation and make sure you all know that your efforts did not go unnoticed.
